Our Mission Statement and Philosophy The mission of Kure Memorial Lutheran Preschool is to minister to the needs of the children of our church as well as the community at large by assisting them in learning and playing independently, cooperatively, and creatively in a safe and caring Christian environment. This week-day preschool stresses living and learning in a loving Christian environment. Our Staff Our staff are highly-qualified and experienced at teaching and guiding preschoolers. Director/Teacher Celeste Carpenter will welcome your questions about our growing program and all it has to offer your child. Preschool Hours/Schedule School Hours are from 9:00am - 1:pm. We observe the schedule of New Hanover County Schools. Our two year-old class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Our three year-old class meets on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
